I'm sitting here with tears streaming down my cheeks. I am already missing you so much!!! I not only was blessed with the opportunity to take care of you,but we developed a bond no one can erase. I was missing my parents and you were missing your kids and looked at me and said,"that's that,we have each other now"...My heart hurts because we were supposed to open the box together when the dolls I had made came,"I get to hold one right" is what you said to me and I said yes Momma you will be the first to hold them...when I went to see you before Thanksgiving you handed Ted and I an advertisement for twin dolls. Ted laughed and said I had enough dolls and you looked at him, pointed your finger and said, "a girl can NEVER have enough dolls",we all had a good laugh,I miss you already but I know you are no longer in pain, you can walk, run, jump and skip and why is it I can see you at the head of a long table in charge of a board committee to improve Heaven??? I LOVE YOU MOMMA MAX!!! SEE YOU AGAIN SOME DAY

We will never forget your kindness in welcoming us into your home, when we moved to Humboldt, as the Parsonage was being renovated at that time. You opened your entire home to us, fed us and encouraged us as your own. Both you and Mother Ruth Goodhart were instrumental in blessing our ministry, during the time we were appointed to serve there, along with Table Rock. We will miss your smile, phone calls and hugs.

Maxine, we wish you peace & rest. You have been a special friend for many years with you & Bob and family as you were friends with Uncle Charlie. Our love to you as you rest in Heaven.

We are enjoying your house and doing a little remodeling. Just to let you know Maxine, your candle in the window went out last night. It was a promise Dale made to you when we bought the house. Enjoy heaven, you deserve peace with no pain.

I'm sorry about your daughter. I remember your son's "pool hall" and I remember your cafe. Rest in peace.
