Warren A. Krouse

Warren A. Krouse was born on the family farm outside of Elk Creek, Nebraska to Allen and Anna (Story) Krouse on December 15, 1927.   He graduated from Tecumseh High School.  He spent his entire life in Tecumseh except for his time serving his country in the United States Navy from May 2, 1946 to February 26, 1948 and was later called up again to serve during the Korean War from June 17, 1951 until his honorable discharge on September 28, 1952. 

He was united in marriage to Beth Goit and they made their home in Tecumseh where they raised their family.  Beth passed away December 4, 2015.

Warren worked for the Burlington Northern Railroad until his retirement.  He loved being outdoors and his many long walks around Tecumseh.  After a short stay at Good Samaritan Center in Syracuse, Warren quietly passed away on March 3, 2022 at the age of 94 years. 

He is survived by his four children and one granddaughter.  Warren was preceded in death by his wife Beth.  

At his request, there will be no services held.  Private family inurnment in the Johnson Cemetery will be held at a later date.
