Obituary

Mary Lou Davison, 81, of Tecumseh, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Center in Auburn, Nebraska. She was born to Charles and Orba (Abbott) Rickman on December 19, 1941 in Tecumseh, Nebraska. She graduated from Lewiston High School. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband Dave Davison on May 5, 2016.  

She is survived by her children, Bonnie Davison Horn and husband Alan, Pat Davison and wife Carla, Carrie Beth Burns and husband Tom, Suzanne Sommerhalder and husband Dan and Christy Whipple and husband Tony, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.   

Mary Lou's wishes were private family graveside services to held at the Crab Orchard Cemetery, Crab Orchard, Nebraska.  She requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor be directed to the Crab Orchard Cemetery or the Johnson County Museum.  Cards or memorials may either be left at the funeral home in Tecumseh or mailed to Wherry Mortuary PO Box 240 Tecumseh, NE 68450 and will then be delivered to the family.
