Mary H. Bray

Maria Hayde Bray, more commonly known as Mary, passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 89 in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Born on May 27, 1935, Mary's life was marked by her resilience, compassion, and unwavering commitment to aiding those in need. Mary dedicated herself to serving the disabled and elderly, a testament to her strong will and generous spirit. Her work left a lasting impact on her community. She lived and worked much of her life in Tecumseh, NE; a community she loved dearly.

Mary is survived by her daughters, Sandra Weyers and Gail Wright; five grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, a brother, and her husbands, Lewis C. Wright and Kenny Bray. Mary will forever be cherished by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Mary has chosen to donate her body to the Anatomical Board of the State of Nebraska.  A private burial service at the Tecumseh Cemetery will be held at a later date.
