Larry Willard Thiemann

Larry Willard Thiemann, 77, of Pawnee City, Nebraska passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023 at the Pawnee County Memorial Hospital in Pawnee City, Nebraska. He was born August 19, 1945  to Willard and Carol (Wert) Thiemann in Pawnee City, Nebraska.

Larry graduated from Pawnee City High School in 1964.  He farmed with his father and started driving a semi truck in 1970 and went full time in 1979.  He took good Nebraska beef from Nebraska to California and then brought produce home.

On June 3, 1967 Larry married Marjorie Behrens in Sterling, Nebraska.  To this union two children were born, Sheila Ann and William John.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Carol and his in-laws George and Sybel Behrens.

He is survived by his wife Marjorie, daughter, Sheila (Gary) Stolz, son William (Marybeth) Thiemann, grandchildren, Garrett and Molli Stolz, Sheanna Stolz and special friend Austin, Anthony Thiemann and Tobian Thiemann, aunt Marcella Wert, cousins and truck driver friends.

Funeral Services 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Zion Lutheran Church, Pawnee City, Nebraska with Reverend Tim Llewellyn officiating.  Visitation on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends from 6-8 p.m. at Wherry Mortuary, 919 G Street, Pawnee City, Nebraska. Interment at the Pawnee City Cemetery. Memorials to family's choice or Zion Lutheran Church.  Online condolences may be left at www.wherrymortuary.com.
