Kyle Klepper Obituary

Kyle Herbert Klepper, of Pawnee City, NE, tragically passed away on September 21, 2019. He was born November 21, 2003 in Syracuse, NE. He is the son of Herbert and Laurie (Fricke) Klepper.

Kyle has resided in Pawnee City his whole life. He attended Lewiston Consolidated Schools in Lewiston, NE up until 5th grade. He then transferred to Pawnee City with the rest of his siblings to continue his education. The siblings agreed to all graduate where their dad and many of their family members had graduated from. This year Kyle started the school year as a Sophomore.

Kyle was a simple, easy going young man with a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone, especially his family. He was creative and very smart. If no one could imagine it or fix it, Kyle could. He was smart with electronics and loved to build anything that gave him a challenge.

With his creative mind and love for the outdoors, he was involved in the Boy Scout of America Troop 387 of Humboldt, NE. His dad was an Assistant Scout leader and his brother, Kenneth, being an Eagle Scout, helped him out along the way. As a Sophomore, Kyle was close to the honor of Eagle Scout. He met a lot of friends, mentors and leaders that all made a special impact on him in this organization of Brotherhood.

Some of Kyle’s hobbies were catching bait and going fishing with his family, especially when dad would take his boat; hunting with his family and cousins that loved to take him; hanging out with his friends, riding his go-cart he helped build, tractor and truck pulls, loved art and drawing, video games that he would play all hours of the night, and most of all wrenching on his '81 Chevy truck that he was so proud of getting from his big brother, Kenneth.

Kyle passed away from injuries sustained in a car accident right outside his hometown, Pawnee City, NE, Saturday September 21, 2019 having reached the age of 15 years and 10 months.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lloyd Fricke and aunt, Sally Fricke.

Kyle is survived by his parents, Herbert and Laurie (Fricke) Klepper of Pawnee City, siblings: Kenneth Klepper of Pawnee City, Katelynn Klepper and Spencer Stephens of Pawnee City, Ashlynn Klepper of Pawnee City, and Adam Quincy of Alexandria, Virginia; grandparents, Herbert G. Klepper of Pawnee City,  Jerry and Mary (Edwards) Malik of Pawnee City and Donna Fricke of Syracuse, niece, Chelsea May Stephens and soon-to-be nephew, Herbert Lloyd Klepper, along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
