Kevin Dean Miesbach was born to Arlo and Irma (Neemann) Miesbach on January 19, 1962 in Humboldt, Nebraska. He was baptized at Luther Memorial Church in Syracuse and confirmed at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Tecumseh, Nebraska. Kevin graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1980. He furthered his education at Southeast Community College in Milford, Nebraska receiving his associates degree in electronics.
He was united in marriage to Mary Weber on May 11, 1990 at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Lincoln, Nebraska. This union was blessed with three children, Nicholas, Mallory and Andrew.
Kevin worked in the Avionics Field at Duncan Aviation in Lincoln, Nebraska. In his spare time, he enjoyed music, fishing, hunting, airplanes, sporting activities and living life to the fullest.
He passed away August 27, 2022 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 60 years.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife Mary Miesbach of Lincoln, children, Nicholas and Emily Miesbach and granddaughter Maggie of Gretna, Mallory and Micah Crane of Lincoln and Andrew Miesbach of Lincoln, parents, Arlo and Irma Miesbach of Bella Vista, AR, siblings Rhonda and Dave DeFreece of Olathe, KS, Brenda and Robert Moulder of Republic, MO and David and Cindy Miesbach of Waverly, parents in law, Roger and Rita Weber of Waverly, brothers and sisters in law, Julie and Jerry Lacy of Lincoln and Bryan and Teri Weber of Lincoln, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at the First United Methodist Church, 14410 Folkestone Street in Waverly, Nebraska with Pastor Jacob Cloud officiating. There will be no visitation.
Graveside interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Waverly, Nebraska.
Memorials in lieu of flowers, may go to the family's choice.
