Kellie Lynn Gordon

Kellie Lynn Gordon was born to Bruce and Barbara (Davis) Gordon on June 27, 1995 in Lincoln, Nebraska.  She grew up in Lincoln and attended Zeman Elementary, Goodrich Middle High and Lincoln Southwest High School until moving to Tecumseh her sophomore year. She graduated from Johnson County Central Schools with the Class of 2013.  While at JCC, Kellie loved cheerleading, track and golf.  In her spare time, she enjoyed hanging out with friends, roller skating and playing with her dog, Buddy.

After graduation, Kellie moved to Lincoln and then Omaha and took classes at Metropolitan Community College while working in the restaurant/food service business.

Kellie passed away September 8, 2023 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha at the age of 28 years.

She is survived by her father, Bruce Gordon of Tecumseh, mother, Barbara Davis of Lincoln, brothers, Brian Gordon and wife Nikki of rural Elk Creek, Casey Gordon and wife Kristen of Tecumseh, Dan Gordon and wife Lindsay of Waterloo, sister-in-law Samantha Gordon of Sterling, half-brother Scott Klein of Atlanta, GA, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Kellie was preceded in death by her brother Mike Gordon and grandparents Charles and Mildred Gordon and Norman and Evelyn Davis.

Kellie will be laid to rest in a private service at the Sterling Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Kellie will be held at 12:00 p.m., Sunday, September 17, 2023 at the Tecumseh Firehall, (on Shawnee Ridge, off the intersection of Highways 136/50) in Tecumseh, Nebraska.
