Kathryn s Wiemers

Kathryn Sue "Katie" Wiemers, 30 of Pawnee City, Nebraska passed away suddenly at her home on Friday, May 3, 2019 in Pawnee City, Nebraska.  She was born on March 20, 1989 to Gary and Lori (Campbell) Wiemers in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Katie graduated from Lewiston High School in Lewiston, Nebraska with the class of 2008.  During that time she was the Student Manager for the basketball and volleyball teams. She enjoyed being around her friends and family and especially her niece Sue.  She enjoyed her horse Missy May and working with her goats. She liked to make her brothers and Dad laugh along with other family and friends.  Katie was active in 4-H and enjoyed helping her nieces, nephews, and cousins with their projects and watching them show.  Katie enjoyed collecting cat and elephant figurines. When she was able to she liked to have her nails, toes, and hair done. Katie also loved the color pink.

Katie was preceded by her grandparents, Dale Wiemers, Bill Campbell and Virginia Ottersberg, her uncle Bob Wiemers and cousin Kenny Nelson.

She is survived by her father Gary (Penny) Wiemers of Pawnee City, Ne, mother Lori (Jerry) Crump of Atlantic, IA, Matt (Mallory) Campbell of Sidney, IA, Cody Wiemers of Pawnee City, NE, Luke Wiemers of Pawnee City, NE, two step brothers, Dale (April) Wiemers of Burchard, NE,  Scott ( Daa) Wiemers of Table Rock, NE, two step  sisters, Peggy Wiemers of Falls City, NE, Virginia Wiemers of Auburn, NE, grandparents, Myrna Campbell of Peru, NE, Dennis and Sue Schwanke of Atlantic, IA, Gwen Zeiberg of Pawnee City, NE, Opal Rule of Burchard, NE, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
