Juan Delgado

  Juan Delgado, 60, of Tecumseh, passed away at the Bryan East Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska on Tuesday, October 2, 2018.  He was born to Juan and Sabina Delgado on November 17, 1957 in Iguala, Mexico.  Juan came to Chicago in 1980 where he met Maria de la Luz  and in the early 80's they they started their wonderful life together.  He was a loving father and even a more loving grandparent.  

  Juan loved soccer and his favorite team was Las Chivas.  He loved working in his garden but his most favorite pass time was fishing, where he could fish for days.  

   He is survived by his partner in life, Maria de la Luz, daughter, Luz Delgado, son-in-law, Axel, sons, Juan Manuel, Jose and Luigi, grandchildren, Sonia, Anthony, Adan, Mireya, Dominick, Diego, Vanessa, Monica and Ivan and great-grandchildren, Julian and Aaron. 

  Juan was preceded in death by his parents Juan and Sabina Delgado, brother, Alfonso Delgado and sisters, Felipa Delgado and Lucia Delgado. 

   Mass of Christian Burial Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 8, 2018 at the St. Andrew Catholic Church in Tecumseh, Nebraska with Father Craig Clinch officiating.

   Visitation will be at the Wherry Mortuary in Tecumseh, Nebraska, Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 1- 5 p.m.  Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. at the St. Andrew Catholic Church.

    Interment will be in the St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery, Tecumseh, Nebraska.
