To the family, my sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. As you cope with your loss, may you be comforted by the "Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort" (2 Cor 1:3) that one day, "all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." (John 5:28, 29) May these promises from our Heavenly Father give you comfort now and real hope for the future. My deepest sympathy.

We are so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. We had no idea of her early years and coming to Pawnee City by train for the interview. She certainly was the person to go to when I was teaching there for help, answers and just to find out what was going on. We look back with many great memories of our time in Pawnee City thanks to you Mom and the family.

Shirley was a great teacher and I enjoyed her classes when I was in school in Pawnee City. To this day I remember her often and was glad she attended our class reunions. May she shine down on all who knew her.
