  Rosemarie Hildegarde Neeman was born to George and Jennie (Klaasmeyer) Neeman on July 1, 1925 near Burr, Nebraska.  She was baptized and confirmed at the Hope Lutheran Church in Burr, Nebraska. Rose attended Otoe County rural school through the eighth grade.  Rose stayed at home and took care of her parents for many years and worked as a waitress in Nebraska City before meeting her future husband, Marvin E. Kramer. 

She and Marvin were united in marriage on June 22, 1966 in Syracuse.  They moved to their farm west of Tecumseh where Rose helped Marvin farm and Rose worked for the Campbell Soup Company in Tecumseh. 

Rose and Marvin married later in life and had no children of their own, but raised their nephew, Kevin Kramer as their son.  Rose was a hard-working farmwife and homemaker and enjoyed quilting, sewing, cooking and playing the organ.  Rose loved to laugh and had a good sense of humor. 

  Marvin passed away January 24, 1996 and Rose continued to live on the farm the remainder of her life. 

 She passed away unexpectedly at BryanLGH Medical Center in Lincoln, Nebraska on March 6, 2017 at the age of 91 years, 8 months and 5 days.

  Rose is survived by many nephews and nieces from the Kramer and Neeman families, including, Kevin Kramer and his wife Julie and Kevin’s daughter Hannah from Australia, Raymond Neeman and wife Diane of Nemaha and Carlene Wilson and husband Harold of Johnson and others and sisters-in-law, Alberta Little and Loretta Kunc of Crab Orchard, Nebraska.

   Rose was preceded in death by her parents, George and Jennie Neeman, husband Marvin, and brothers, Waldemar “Wally”, John, Carl and Lewellyn Neeman.

  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at the Wherry Mortuary in Tecumseh, Nebraska, with Rev. Ken Tubbesing officiating.

   Visitation will be at the Wherry Mortuary in Tecumseh, Nebraska, Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service.

   Memorials may go to the Avenue of Flags in Tecumseh, Nebraska.

   Interment will be in the Vesta Cemetery, rural Tecumseh, Nebraska.
