Yvonne Lucille Klepper, 72 of Pawnee City, Nebraska passed away on Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Pawnee Manor. Yvonne was born on May 10, 1940 to Emory and Belmae (LaBarge) Dallen in Clyde, Kansas.
Yvonne was a long time resident of Pawnee City, Nebraska.
Yvonne graduated from High School in 1958 from Jamestown, Kansas.
She drove the handi van for the Action Center for many years and that was one of her favorite things to do. She loved to going fishing and camping. Yvonne loved to go on trips, have coffee every day and many more things with her long time friend Lucille Lloyd.
Her faith was very important to her. Yvonne attended Zion Lutheran every week until her health would not allow it any more.
Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, sister Anna Lea Cherney, stepsons, Larry Jo and Dale Spier.
Yvonne is survived by her son and wife, Steven and Sheryl Peters of Benton, KS, daughter and husband, Gale and Eric Johnson of Butte, MT, five grandchildren, several great grandchildren, step-children, Jeff and Teresa Spier of Pawnee City, NE, Theresa and Chuck Schneider of Summerfield, KS, Frank and Norma Hamilton of Beatrice, NE, brothers and spouses, DeWayne and Sondra Dallen of Wichita, KS, Farrell and Mary Frances Dallen of Topeka, KS, sisters and spouses, Marie and Jewel Folson of Topeka, KS, Mary Jane Girrard of Gosel, KS, Doris and Lyle Bergstrom of Courtland, KS, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Wherry Mortuary, 919 G Street, Pawnee City, Nebraska. Officiating Reverend David Cramer. Registered book will be available on Friday, November 16, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for signing. Yvonne wishes were to donate her body to the Nebraska Anatomical Board. Memorials may be given to family choice.
